Well it's started. Non stop till Chirstmas. I was up at 2:30 a.m (a new way that I have found to add working hours to my day) I would like to thank everyone for choosing me to take your families (and baby's) (and seniors:) portraits. I realize that you do have a choice. I promise to do my very best.

To help everything go more smoothly if you return your order within 3 days you will receive 15% off your order, excluding the baby club coupon, the discounted packages and the DVD. This discount does apply to wall portraits and Christmas Cards. The session fee is $45.00 at this time.

Also if you don't mind if I put your images on my website or blog, Please just send me a brief note giving me permission to cindy@cindythompsonphotography.com.

I have been taking some beautiful and handsome Senior portraits and will try and get those posted soon. These are some awesome kids that really know how to have a great time. If you know any seniors that haven't scheduled senior portraits now's the time.

Baby Zeke

This is little Zeke. As you can tell he is from a "Rodeo" Family. I can already tell his is going to be spoiled rotten. It was hard for me to wait to show his announcement (I just loved it) but I didn't want to spoil the surprise. I knew when Nikki had given it out because my phone started ringing and had several people tell me that they have seen this announcement and loved it.

And for those of you worrying about Zeke laying on the saddle, his daddy was hovering right beside him.

A baby brings such joy to a family and it does to this one, his mamaw just grins from ear to ear when she talks about him. I think Zeke looks just like his papaw Book!

"Sneak Peak"

I've named this image "Just a little taste" Hmmmmm, Wonder who's turning One...It's Brody! Bring on the presents mamaw!!!

Carli

This is Carli. It's awesome to see her little personality develop. I do believe she was flirting with her daddy. When he would talk to her she would just tilt her little head to the side and smile. I think she needs a custom paint job on her barbie car...

My Little Pumpkin

On the days when I have my grandson Ayden we have to do a craft. Today we decorated our pumpkin (which we will try carving next week). Isn't this the scariest 2 headed monster ever!

Spurs, Chaps and Faith:The Corbin Carpenter Story

I was recently contacted to take pictures of a very special young man. A young man from my community. I had heard of Corbin's terrible accident and had kept up with his progress. I was amazed when I saw him, a normal teenage boy with a big ole smile. You can tell Corbin knows how to enjoy life and doesn't sweat the small stuff. Corbins mom has written a book about his experience. It's available at his website www.corbincarpenter.com (click on the picture of the book) and also amazon.com just search Spurs, Chaps and Faith: The Corbin Carpenter Story.

This is a true story of Corbin Carpenter, and his miraculous recovery from traumatic bull riding injury while riding at the 2008 National High School Finals Rodeo in Farmington, NM. The injury caused immediated and total paralysis from his chest down. Corbin's faith in God's healing power along with the determination God instilled in him brought Corbin from a life in a wheelchair to riding his horses and roping cattle again less than seven months after his injury.

I am honored to have my work published in this book.
